Your privacy is important to us. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) describes how the Naked Juice Co. of Glendora, Inc. (“Naked Juice”) treats personally identifying information and non-personal information that Naked Juice collects and receives. Personal information includes contact information about you, such as your name, address, e-mail address, or phone number, which you may provide in connection with services or products offered on our web sites which are of interest to you. This Policy applies only to the Naked Juice web site, and it does not apply to banners, sweepstakes and other advertisements or promotions that we may sponsor or participate in on web sites owned by third parties.

Information Collection, Use and Security
When you supply personal information on the Naked Juice web site, we will use it for the purpose for which it was collected (e.g., to enter you in a sweepstakes or to fulfill the delivery of a sweepstakes prize or product order) in accordance with the terms of this Policy. We also use personal information to keep track of a user's activities on our sites, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to statistically analyze web site usage, to improve our web site features, design and content and to refine our marketing strategies.

When you visit Naked Juice’s web sites we also collect your Internet Protocol (IP) address. An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. The IP address data does not contain personal information about you and is used by Naked Juice and/or the host of our web sites to administer our sites and to determine the numbers of different visitors to the sites.

The non-personally identifiable data collected through the use of cookies and IP addresses is accessible by certain Naked Juice personnel as well as certain third-parties, who are involved in the design and maintenance of our web sites. This information is used to improve our web sites and to make them more helpful and beneficial for our visitors, for example, to evaluate what portions of the web site are more popular than others, to determine from where visitors came to the site, and to determine how many times particular pages of the site were accessed.

With Whom We May Share Information
In the course of doing business, we employ other companies to perform a variety of functions on our behalf. For example, at times we may retain third parties to analyze, update and correct data we collect on our web sites, including personal information, to help us improve our products, our database and our web sites. For example, we may tell a business partner the number of men and the number of women that entered a contest, but we do not disclose personal information about such contestants in violation of this Privacy Policy.

Except as stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, transfer or disclose your personal information without your prior consent.

We may release your personal information if required to do so by law, or by search warrant, subpoena or court order, or to a third party to which ownership of Naked Juice is transferred via an acquisition, merger, sale of assets or otherwise.

Web Sites To Which Naked Juice’s Web Site Links
Naked Juice provides links to third party web sites that it does not control, and because we cannot control these third party web sites we do not review their privacy policies or their compliance with any applicable privacy protection statutes, rules or regulations. Thus, Naked Juice encourages and recommends that you review the privacy policies posted on these third party web sites at the time you first visit such sites.

Children's Privacy
Naked Juice does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under age 13 and we will not knowingly permit any ongoing communication from a child who is under the age of 13.

Data Storage And Processing By Naked Juice Is Conducted In The United States.
Regardless of where you are located, Naked Juice and the host of its web sites collects information and processes and stores that information in databases located in the United States. However, Naked Juice does provide links to third party web sites that are not controlled by Naked Juice, and we make no representations or warranties regarding the data storage and processing policies or practices of these third parties.

Governing Law
The laws of the State of California, without reference to any choice of law provisions, shall govern any claims relating to the materials on our web sites.
