Rated 3 out of 5 by NoChalk from Excellent flavor, chalky texture We did a tasting with my mother-in-law, who is about to start chemotherapy, of various protein drinks suitable/recommended based on Harvard Medicine recommendations. The Naked varieties we tried, Double Berry and Mango, had excellent flavor but the chalky texture was extremely off-putting. Based on this tasting, I would definitely try the non-protein Naked drinks/smoothies but would not try another Naked protein drink.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Hannah G. from “Berry” Chalky Bought this today at my local supermarket. I was very disappointed in its chalky taste, and the bitter tasting fruit. The bottle I bought tasted expired, even though the seal was intact and was opened prior to its expiry date. Very disappointed, would not recommend this smoothie.

LOVE IT. great flavor great chalkyness :) please never stop making this drink!!!!

Three meals a day is so American style, and over rated. For the past 6 months I have been eating breakfast and then skipping lunch. (I've been getting much more work done during those minutes i would be spending eating) Instead i enjoy 2 Naked shakes for lunch, one protein shake and one fruit shake. Usually Red, Blue or Green Machine, or Strawberry banana if my muscles are feeling in need of potassium. There are so many to choose and they are all so good! If i had one bad thing to say about them... it would be that they are hard to find, in stores, especially certain flavors.. and finding them on sale can be tough too. When they do go on sale, i recommend buying in bulk. Yes the expiration date is sometimes within a week... however if you drink them like i do they will not go to waste i promise you that. Other than that, they are a wonderful addition to my lunch menu and I look forward to them everyday ! PS As for the CHALKY TASTE reviews.... I wouldn't want the Double Berry shake, or any of the protein shakes to taste any LESS chalky. Its chalky because they ACTUALLY put in protein. Its PERFECT! Try shaking it up a bit.... and don't wipe your protein mustache with your dark shirt sleeve, because it will leave a stain that is view-able to the outside world. lol :)
